BIO: My interest in the Peer Support Program and becoming a Peer Support Team member began during my own journey with a personal problem. I knew help was available, but I struggled to find it and worried about how my co-workers and management might perceive my situation. I kept it private and dealt with it alone.
I don’t want anyone in Edwards FES to face challenges like this by themselves. We are a family, and we’re here to support one another.
